A joy to work with - gets results with a 'can do' professional approach. We have been working with Suzanne for a number of months to find a new home in Cronulla. We would highly recommend Suzanne given her market knowledge of designers / developers / builders, knowledge of market pricing, history of buildings (apartment developments) and the sheer volume of property she has on her books at any given time. Suzanne has the ability not only to present properties immaculately - but provide candid advice on both valuation for sale and likely sale price for would be purchasers. Most importantly - Suzanne knows how to get a deal done. In some instances it requires an 'above and beyond' level of commitment to close a sale - Suzanne is relentless in her focus on achieving the right result for both parties - what ever it takes.
