I have recently purchased my new home in Cronulla that was marketed by Dax. Whilst i appreciate that Dax was acting for the vendors, his responsiveness to all my queries and requests was first class. Nothing was too much trouble for him as he made himself and the apartment available at short notice for an additional viewing. Even down to the final inspection where a minor issue was uncovered he had it sorted in super quick time which contributed to a wonderful experience in buying my first home in Cronulla.
