This is just to thank you sincerely for the time, patience and concerted effort you put into finding the right buyer for the above property. Not only the right buyer, but also the price that was acceptable to us.

We are very aware of the problems this particular property presented for you from the onset. Firstly you had to handle an overzealous tenant, who did not wish to leave the property, and hence made your task as difficult as possible for the couple of months he was living there. The number of inspections that this tenant tried his best to spoil for you did not deter you in any way. The professional way you went about continuing to handle this tenant, at the same time as getting as many interested clients through the door as possible, is a credit to you.

The negatives of this property were firstly, there was only one bathroom, yet it was a 3 bedroom villa with double garage and good sized living areas, and secondly not a lot of storage room in these bedrooms. You conscientiously explained to interested clients a way of adding an ensuite if that was their only concern, and you constantly suggested extra ways of gaining more storage.

I believe you showed over 70 lots of clients though in the months you had the property listed, you continually updated the internet site, advertised in the Domain when you felt it was advantageous, and at all times kept us up to date with feedback on the various inspections. At no time did you try to encourage us to drop the price down to anything below what we considered our lowest aim, and eventually you were successful.

We originally chose you to sell our property because you had successfully sold the home of my mother, as well as selling a brand new unit, off the floorplan, to my parents, last year. They were more than happy to recommend you, and we also will be recommending you to anyone we know with a property to sell.

As we were retired and had been in our previous two level home for approx 18 years we knew it was time to downsize. We approached Suzanne Hibberd who was selling the Sanctum Apartments being built by CABE just after construction commenced.

We had never bought off the plan before but after meeting with Suzanne we felt confident we were making the right choice in Sanctum.
