Ursula Delaney is the Licensee/Director of Abode Property Leasing.
With almost 17 years experience as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and 12 of those years spent with Abode Property Ursula enjoys all facets in property investing. Specialising in the Sutherland Shire and St George area, Ursula’s well-regarded career has covered an array of residential investments and clients from first time investors to corporate leasing.
Her attention to detail. As well as strong negotiation and mediation skills, instils confidence in her clientele. Focussed on customer service, Ursula enjoys interacting with people to help them find their perfect residence, coupled with assisting landlords to secure an ideal tenant.
